Describe the Wheel of Quality
Waiting for grade

Wheel of quality is also known as dimming wheel, and it consists of four main phases clan, check and act. The PDCA cycle helps in quality management and quality assurance. The first phase of the quality wheel is PLAN, It identifies a problem or opportunity and creates certain strategy to improve it. In the next phase DO, the strategy created in the planning section will be implemented for effectiveness. In the CHECK phase the implementation will be tested for its result and expected outcomes. In the ACT phase the findings will be evaluated and based on the result further actions will be taken by making required changes to the initial plan. Again, the PDCA cycle will be processed until quality is achieved.
